Benedict Brothers Construction, owned and operated by Dan Benedict of Sutton, NH, has been serving the Lake Sunapee Region of New Hampshire since 2002. Well rounded in carpentry and building construction, Dan is ready to take care of your total construction project needs, from start to finish. Dan offers the design to get you started, and reliable, quality construction throughout your project.

In addition to offering all aspects of start-to-finish building construction, as a craftsman, Dan also enjoys timber-framing and custom log-and-twig work in the adirondack style, affording the extended option of his signature, creative design for his clients.

A native to the New Hampshire countryside, Dan prides himself on working in cohesion with New Hampshire character and environment, and in creating structurally-sound projects that are uniquely New England. Benedict Brothers Construction uses local materials whenever possible.

Start-to-Finish Building Construction

Benedict Brothers Construction provides framing from the foundation up. Safe, conventional framing is constructed on site with speed and efficiency, without jepordizing quality.

Finish Work, Interior / Exterior
Unlike those that specialize in only one aspect of your building needs, Benedict Brothers Construction handles your complete building project needs, with exterior construction from the sills to the roof, to interior work including trim, flooring, custom built stairs and post-and-beam work.

Log and Twig Work
A craft offered in synch with your complete construction project or as stand-alone services, allow Dan to design and create for you a unique log and twig railing system or custom furniture piece to complete your home. Interior stair rails, exterior deck rails, decorative log & twig gates, benches and adirondack style furniture are among his offerings.

All material gathered locally, off of your property or Dan's. This saves time and energy, and makes a great conversation piece for years to follow.
